Mohsen Rafighdoost, the driver of the car carrying Imam on that day, describes his memoirs as such: "I got up in the early morning, started the Blazer and after reciting Ayatul Kursi and Wa In Yakad Verse, I went to the airport. I arrived at 6. Nobody was there yet, but there were two policemen of our own forces. As nobody was supposed to be there, I discharged them. We had sent cards to the welcoming people, therefore not anyone was supposed to be allowed to enter the airport. We concentrated the forces at the entrance. We had organized everything at the airport for the guests.

On Friday November 27th, I was the last one left Dezh at 12:30 oclock and rode on Paykan Gunboat. I think this event was resulted from an excitement taken place in Bushehr. Now, suppose that we were unaware of the enemys rocket launcher and forget it! At 13:30, Paykan Gunboat left Dezh while there were a hill of tied metals and some drowned ships and Iraqi fighters who were remained behind it. It was a quarter to one p.m.; it means we were traveling for about 15 minutes, when we reached at the speed of 30 km per hour, and coming back towards Bushehr.

Book Review

Kak-e Khak

The book “Kak-e Khak” is the narration of Mohammad Reza Ahmadi (Haj Habib), a commander in Kurdistan fronts. It has been published by Sarv-e Sorkh Publications in 500 copies in spring of 1400 (2022) and in 574 pages. Fatemeh Ghanbari has edited the book and the interview was conducted with the cooperation of Hossein Zahmatkesh.

Is oral history the words of people who have not been seen?

Some are of the view that oral history is useful because it is the words of people who have not been seen. It is meant by people who have not been seen, those who have not had any title or position. If we look at oral history from this point of view, it will be objected why the oral memories of famous people such as revolutionary leaders or war commanders are compiled.
