Book of Resistance Literature in the World

Ziaodin Torabi has recently compiled a new volume on the resistance literature in the Middle East and the Europe. The book is published by the Sacred Defense Research Center.

IBNA: The three chapters of Resistance Literature in the World consider the socio-political conditions of the countries in the Middle East and Europe and examine the resistance literature practiced in the lands. Besides, the works of fiction, drama and poetries that have been produced in the countries are considered in the volume.

The book argued that resistance literature can be categorized into three kinds: religious, national and humanitarian with many overlaps.

The best works by the literati in countries like Egypt, Algeria and Palestine are mustered in the book and are analyzed in details in the first part of the book.

Les Misérables by Victor Hugo is introduced in the second part as one of the best novels in resistance literature which was written as an objection to social miseries in France in the 19th century.

Works by German, Spanish and French writers and poets are also assessed in the book.

The Arab People Committee

Another event that happened in Khuzestan Province and I followed up was the Arab People Committee. One day, we were informed that the Arabs had set up a committee special for themselves. At that time, I had less information about the Arab People , but knew well that dividing the people into Arab and non-Arab was a harmful measure.
Book Review

Kak-e Khak

The book “Kak-e Khak” is the narration of Mohammad Reza Ahmadi (Haj Habib), a commander in Kurdistan fronts. It has been published by Sarv-e Sorkh Publications in 500 copies in spring of 1400 (2022) and in 574 pages. Fatemeh Ghanbari has edited the book and the interview was conducted with the cooperation of Hossein Zahmatkesh.
